About the Role

At Namalogy Quantum Wellness, we are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and analytics to craft engaging experiences across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Execution
• Plan, script, design, and publish high-quality content (reels, posts, carousels, YouTube videos, shorts).
• Manage the content calendar in alignment with ongoing campaigns, events, and retreats.
• Community Management
• Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and discussions.
• Build and nurture authentic relationships within our online community.
• Campaigns & Promotions
• Design and execute ad campaigns with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
• Partner with the internal team for event-specific promotions and campaigns.
• Brand Consistency & Analytics
• Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all social media platforms.
• Analyze monthly reports, interpret insights, and recommend improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with teams for photography, video shoots, and event coverage.
• Conduct research on corporate brands for potential partnerships and collaborations.

• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
