About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our in-house team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, content creation, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Manage day-to-day social media activities including content planning, creation, posting, and engagement

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; optimize for better ROI

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, creatives, and product positioning

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media

• Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows

• Track, report, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management

• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and basic SEO tools

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition, and conversion metrics

• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
